Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear history of pyogenic infection of the hip: redness and pain of the hip joint and history of incision and drainage or formation of peri-hip sinus tract; 2. Imaging findings support the diagnosis of Crowe III and IV osteoarthritis secondary to pyogenic hip arthritis; 3. Systemic conditions can tolerate THA surgery with clear surgical indications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with unclear diagnosis; 2. patients with infection after hip fracture internal fixation; 3. patients with hip rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases; 4. patients with missing follow-up and incomplete clinical data. Clinical data of patients were collected.
