Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy control group: children aged 11-14 years; no abnormal physical examination; no abnormalities in blood routine. Asthma group: children aged 11-14 years; children diagnosed with bronchial asthma for the first time in the outpatient clinic based on guidelines for prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy control group: There are other system diseases in the past 1 month and there are other systematic chronic disease history; Asthma group: with other diseases causing abnormal expression of mucin (muc5ac, muc5b), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cystic fibrosis, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, otitis media, gallstones, tumors Disease, dry eye, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, diffuse panbronchiolitis. Regular anti-asthma treatment within 1 month before the first visit.
