Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Premenopausal women, the last menstrual period is <1 year from the day of surgery; (2) Factor endometrial polyps were performed in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in our hospital day center; (3) Postoperative pathological diagnosis of benign endometrial polyps; (4) Surgery from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Accepting hormone therapy, including Tamoxifen; (2) Diagnosed as hyperplasia polyps; (3) Obesity(BMI?28kg/m2), diabetes or hypertension; (4) Diagnosed as PCOS, endometriosis, leiomyoma or infertility; (5) participated in other clinical trails; (6) Patients without follow-up conditions after surgery; (7) Any conditions concerned with IUD, such as IUD disengagement, displacement or taken out; Any conditions concerned with pregnancy, such as conception, miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy; patients lost to follow-up, or used other drugs or treatments interfering with the level of reproductive hormones in the body; (8) The investigators believe that there are other reasons not suitable for clinical trials.
