Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 6–18 years (6 years and 18 years inclusive); 2) Spectacles spherical component 0 D to -10.00 D with cylinder no more than -4.00 D; 3) Ortho-K spherical component 0 D to -6.00 D with cylinder no more than -3.50 D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to tropicamide, cyclopentanone or atropine; 2. Intermittent strabismus or constant strabismus at large angles; 3. Monocular best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) < the lowest best corrected visual acuity of the corresponding age; 4. Any ocular or systemic disease (such as whitening, retinopathy of prematurity, Marfan syndrome, diabetes, etc.) that may be associated with the development of myopia or affecting the refractive state of the eye; 5. Other aspects of anatomical abnormalities such as failure to properly wear glasses.
