Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I - II, BMI18-25 kg/m^2, aged 60 to 90 years old, undergoing elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Take anticholinesterase inhibitors or antipsychotic drugs before surgery. Do not agree to participate in this study and other studies at the same time. The head skin injury, cannot place the electrode piece. Severe hearing and visual impairment and other conditions that cannot be evaluated by the scale. Severe hemodynamic disturbance during operation and temporary change of operation plan.Postoperative RASS sedation score -4. Liver and kidney dysfunction. Severe albumin level decline. Severe anemia. Thyroid dysfunction.
