USG-MVA:an outpatient hysteroscopy will be performed within 6-12 weeks from their USG-MVA
traditional surgical evacuation:an outpatient hysteroscopy will be performed within 6-12 weeks from surgical evacuation procedure

Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women 18 years old or above; 2. Women with miscarriage who are suitable candidates for USG-MVA; 3. first-trimester delayed miscarriage <= 12 weeks of gestation; 4. incomplete miscarriage With POG <= 5cm; 5. hemodynamically stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are not feasible for the USG-MVA; 2. cervical stenosis; 3. fibroid uterus >= 12 weeks in size; 4. known uterine malformation; 5. bleeding disorder; 6. suspicion of active infection; 7. inability to tolerate pelvic examination; 8. History of allergy to misprostol; 9. Patient refusal; 10. With history of intrauterine adhesion/ Ashermans syndrome;
