50 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aging 50-75 years old and meeting at least one of the following criteria: 1. Smoking history = 30 pack/years with a subsequent smoking cessation = 5 years; 2. Nonsmoking women: 2nd hand smoking from family members who live together or coworkers in the same room with a smoking history = 30 pack-years and a subsequent smoking cessation = 5 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any of the following conditions: 1. Unable to complete informed consent before entering the research; 2. Metal implants or metal facilities on chest or back (heart stents, cardiac pacemakers, etc); 3.Poor physical condition, health condition can not tolerate the follow-up may be endoscopic or pulmonary puncture examination 4. History of malignancy or have received cancer therapyin the past 5 years 5. Having received chest CT examination in past 1 year; 6.Accompanied by autoimmune disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and chronic hepatitis
