Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical or pathological diagnosis was malignant tumor. 2. Male or female aged older than 18 years. 3. The patient was not given antibiotics for nearly 4 weeks. 4. Diarrhea patients who have received tyrosine kinase inhibitors (sorafenib, apatinib, and lenvatinib etc). 5. The expected survival time is more than 8 weeks. 6. Willing to participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clear digestive and absorption dysfunction, or with active gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation tendency, or inability to receive oral medication for any reason. 2. Diabetes mellitus. 3. Obesity. 4. There are severe renal insufficiency, blood creatinine >200ummol/L, or with other serious visceral diseases. 5. Bacterial enteritis, dysentery, severe dehydration, malnutrition and other systemic diseases. 6. The researcher thinks it is not suitable for this study.
