18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. pathological diagnosis of patients with advanced (IIIB/IV) NSCLC; 3. has at least one measurable lesion; 4. KPS score =40; 5. Obtain informed consent signed by the patient or his legal representative 6. Preliminary patients with brain metastasis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Before the study, the routine blood function of the liver function and abnormal electrocardiogram examination; 2. patients with any signs or history of bleeding physique; 3. symptomatic brain metastasis; 4. small cell lung cancer, including small cell carcinoma and non-small cell carcinoma mixed lung cancer; 5. patients with tumours that have invaded important blood vessels or who are expected to have major bleeding during subsequent studies; 6. have a mental illness or can not cooperate with the treatment; 7. breastfeeding or pregnant women; 8. central, cavity lung squamous cell carcinoma, or non-small cell lung cancer patients with hemoptysis (>50mL/day); 9. There are contraindications to drugs.
