Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) anterior mediastinal mass was confirmed by thoracic CT and resectable; (2) patients with good cardio-pulmonary function and hepatorenal function can tolerate surgery; (3) patients accepted the surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) anterior mediastinal mass was unresectable; (2) patients with poor cardio-pulmonary function and hepatorenal function can't tolerate surgery; (3) patients refused the surgery.
