18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 35 years; 2. BMI >= 23.0 kg/m2; 3. Sedentary behavior: sedentary time more than 8 hours per day (activPAL for 7d); 4. Insufficient PA: less than 150-min moderate or vigorous intensity PA per week over the past 3 months (IPAQ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hyperglycemia (fasting blood glucose over 5.6 mmol/L); 2. Diagnosed with chronic disease such as type 2 diabetes, CVD, and metabolic syndrome; 3. Taking any medication known to affect lipid or glucose metabolism; 4. Blood pressure over 140/90 mmHg; 5. Abusing of alcohol and drugs; 6. Smoker.
