Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria in the International Mylema Working Group (IMWG), confirmed by bone marrow analysis, X-ray film, blood image analysis and laboratory examination; (2) In accordance with international standards Staging system (ISS), Durier-Salmon staging system (DS) staging criteria [22]; (3) newly diagnosed patients; (4) receiving more than 3 courses of regular chemotherapy; (5) The expected survival period is more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung or blood system diseases; (2) secondary plasma cell enlargement; (3) primary disease worse and organ failure; (4) data missed or loss of follow-up.
