Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the Department of Hematology, first Hospital of Lanzhou University, 100 patients with acute leukemia were treated with complete hematological remission, aged 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal failure. 2. Taking drugs affecting coagulation function. 3. Clotting function screening positive. 4. Death or loss of patients before complete remission of bone marrow.
