Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adults under 65 years old; 2. patients with hypertension diagnosed by hospitals; 3. the duration of illness is less than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. people with mental illness or physical dysfunction; 2. people with severe cognitive and hearing impairment; 3. people with language expression impairment can not cooperate.
