Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease should meet the diagnostic criteria of NAFLD, but HBV infection must be complicated, including: 1 no history of drinking or alcohol-converted amount of alcohol in males < 140 g per week, females < 70 g per week; 2 exclusion of drug-induced liver disease, total parenteral nutrition, hepatolenticular degeneration and other specific diseases that can lead to fatty liver disease; 3 hepatic imaging manifestations conform to the diagnosis of diffuse fatty liver disease and There is no other reason to explain it. (2) Patients aged 18-60 years; (3) Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in 2015, in line with the indications for antiviral therapy; (4) Willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other viral hepatitis, alcoholic fatty liver and metabolic liver diseases; (2) TAF use contraindication; (3) Complicated with decompensated liver cirrhosis, advanced liver cancer and other decompensated liver diseases; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) Osteopathy: Long-term use of steroids or other drugs that exacerbate bone mineral density changes Fragile osteopathy and osteoporosis (6) Renal function changes: EGFR<60 ml/min/1,73 M2 Proteinuria greater than 30 mg/24 hours or moderate proteinuria detected by test paper Low blood phosphorus level (less than 2.5mg/dl) Hemodialysis (7) Researchers believe that other situations are not suitable for inclusion.
