18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years and <65 years; 2. ASA grade I to II; 3. Elective endoscopic surgery under general anesthesia (POEM, ESD); 4. Endotracheal intubate and extubated before exiting the OR; 5. The surgical position is in the left lateral position; 6. The surgery time is less than 4 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, alcohol, drugs, and offenders; 2. Asthma or known to be allergic to the test drug; 3. Difficult airway (can not locate the ring membrane, Markov III, IV, armor distance TMD <6.5); 4. Sinus (<55bpm), atrioventricular block, heart failure patients; 5. Patients with central nervous system diseases and severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Hematological disease or coagulopathy.
