Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. signing the informed consent voluntarily; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years old male and female; 3. According to the criteria defined by GINA, asthma was diagnosed at least for 3 months; 4. The heart, lung, liver and kidney functions are basically normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with related inspection of the project or unable to cooperate for other reasons; 2. Complicated with any of the following diseases: lung cancer, pneumonia, tuberculosis or severe immunodeficiency; 3. Complicated with heart, lung, liver, kidney severe insufficiency; 4. Any condition that may affect the effectiveness of informed participation in this study, such as a history of alcohol or narcotic drug abuse, or a history of mental illness, antagonistic personality, or other emotional or intellectual problems; 5. Women in pregnancy; 6. Those who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the trial.
