Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals aged 65 and older admitted for elective orthopedic surgery are approached.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Uncorrected vision or hearing impairment (unable to see pictures or read or hear instructions); 2) Limited use of the dominant hand (limited ability to write and draw).
