Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. Elective unilateral total knee replacement; 3. First total knee arthroplasty; 4. All the family members and patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent; 5. Admission was diagnosed as osteoarthritis of the knee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrollable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and hemorrhagic diseases; 2. Having major surgery within 1 month; 3. Important organ failure, mental or consciousness disorder.
