20 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. admited for acute coronary syndrome (including acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina); 2. massive coronary thrombosis (TIMI thrombus grade =3) revealed by Coronary angiography; 3. TIMI thrombus grade =3 after repeated manual aspiration thrombectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. treatment with thrombolytic drugs in the previous 24 hours; 2. treatment with thrombolytic drugs in the previous 24 hours; 3. active infections; 4. a recent major surgical procedure or trauma; 5. a previously proven systemic inflammatory disease that Involving or possibly involving the coronary arteries; 6. cancer; 7. End-stage renal and/or liver failure.
