Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with small intestinal mucosal injury caused by primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases taking enteric-coated aspirin; (2) Agreeing with the research plan; and (3) Signing informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications for Magnetically Controlled Capsule Endoscopy, including cardiac pacemaker, cochlear implantation, magnetic metal drug perfusion pump, electronic devices such as nerve stimulators and magnetic metal foreign bodies; (2) Suspected or known gastrointestinal obstruction, stenosis, fistula or diverticulum, pregnant women, previous digestive tract surgery or surgical history leading to changes in abdominal digestive tract structure, no surgical conditions or refusal to undergo any abdominal surgery (as once the capsule retension in vivo, it may need to be removed by operation); (3) Taking related drugs that have had an impact on the experiment in the past 1 month, including a. Antibiotics, b. Probiotics, c. A variety of drugs that inhibit the secretion of gastric acid, d. Cytokines, immunosuppressants and cytotoxicity, e. Hormones, f. Other drugs affecting gut microbiota; (4) Taking other antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulant drugs at the same time; (5) Patients diagnosed as gastrointestinal tumors or inflammatory bowel diseases by Magnetically Controlled Capsule Endoscopy; (6) allergic to aspirin, lactobacillus complex capsule, polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion and polymer materials.
