Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with gestational age < 14 weeks. If the gestational age at the first antenatal care is less than 20 weeks, those women are also included. 2. Pregnant women who plan to establish medical cards, regularly conduct antenatal examinations and delivery in the project hospitals. If not filed or delivered in the project hospitals, those who can be obtained the relevant information by the project hospitals and by regional information system can also be included. 3. Pregnant women who volunteered to participate in this study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with mental illness or physical disability were excluded in this study.
