18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-diagnosed acute leukemia , risk stratification is medium or/and high and never be sonicated before. 2. Diagnosed with no response or relapse acute leukemia and never be sonicated before. 3. Presumed life-time is longer than 2 months; 4. Performance status is 0 to 2; 5. Aged 18 to 60 years male and female; 6. Normal Heart and lung function; 7. Sigh informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with other severe disease such as newly myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, severe lung disease; 2. Allergic to ultrasound contrast agent; 3. with active or uncontrolled bleeding, such as active peptic ulcer; 4. With history of Severe infection; 5. With central nervous system disease or epidural solid tumor or other hematological tumor, malignancy tumor; 6. Pregnant or lactating; 7. Expectation life time less than 2 moth; 8. Undergone splenectomy; 9. participate other clinical trail within 4 weeks; 10. dissent or nonobservant of the treatment; 11. With history of radiotherapy or surgery or hormonotherapy within two weeks.
