Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be able to follow the requirements of clinical trial program and be willing to take the test and sign the informed consent; 2. The single late-gestation pregnant women in our hospital were examined and required to give birth in our hospital; 3. The laboratory department of our hospital reported a patient with positive streptococcus agalactiae in the genital tract.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to sign the informed consent to participate in the test; 2. Twin and multiple pregnancies; 3. Use vaginal medicine, systemic antibiotics and antifungal therapy within two weeks after signing the consent form; 4. Combined with nausea, multiple organ dysfunction and other chronic wasting diseases.
