18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male, aged over 18 years; (2) Repeated pelvic pain or discomfort, lasting for more than 3 months, can be accompanied by varying degrees of urination symptoms and sexual dysfunction, which has a certain impact on the life of patients; (3) EPS/semen/VB3 bacterial culture was negative. (4) Whether the white blood cells in EPS/semen/VB3 are in normal range or not; (5) Symptom score of chronic prostatitis (NIH-CPSI) >10; (6) To agree to a four-week elution period; (7) Agree not to accept any other treatment related to the disease during the treatment period; (8) Voluntarily participate in the experiment, have the ability to communicate, understand and comply with the research requirements, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other diseases that may cause pelvic pain or urination discomfort; (2) Patients with hemorrhagic diseases and coagulation dysfunction; (3) patients with thrombosis; (4) Patients with severe cognitive impairment and mental disorders; (5) Severe arrhythmia patients; (6) Those with cardiac pacemaker; (7) Malignant tumors have multiple metastases; (8) Patients with severe hypertension and poor blood pressure control; (9) Sensory impairment.
