Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. less exercise; 2. patients with at least one of the following: (1) muscular rigidity; (2) resting tremor; (3) patients with postural instability who are in at least three of the following conditions 1) unilateral onset 2) resting tremor; 3) progressive progression; 4) persistent non-recurrent involvement is most common after onset, and e-l-dopa treatment is initially effective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Parkinson's disease, resting tremor, systemic atrophy, and metal implants such as pacemakers, defibrillators, hearing AIDS, and insulin pumps;Patients who cannot tolerate PET /MRI examination.
