Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old, can withstand conventional digestive endoscopy, imaging, and biochemical examinations and stent placement operations; 2. Colon cancer with obstruction confirmed by symptoms and imaging (with surgical pointer: T1-4N0-2M0, or collateral colorectal cancer with only liver/lung metastasis resectable); 3. Compliance is good, can cooperate with the completion of the entire clinical trial; 4. Subjects voluntarily participate in the trial and the subject or his or her legal representative signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perforation, peritonitis; 2. Rectal tumors <5 cm from the edge of the anus; 3. The colorectal stent has been placed before; 4. Combine severe heart, liver, kidney, and lung diseases; 5. chemotherapy before surgery; 6. The patient actively withdraws from the middle; 7. Those who have no legal capacity, medical or ethical reasons affect the continuation of the research.
