Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Patients with invasive mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery; 3. Preoperative pulmonary infection, emphysema, tuberculosis and other pulmonary diseases were not enrolled; 4. Before admission, there was no sleep disorder; 5. Patients, who with complete medical records, willing to participate in the study, patients and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney failure; 2. Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment.
