Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart failure who are hospitalized no more than 72 hours; 2. Patients with heart failure whose LVEF is no more than 40%; 3. Patients with heart failure who have volume overload (one or more of the following symptoms:distention of jugular vein, pitting edema, pulmonary congestion).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recent or planned vascular remodeling or device implantation; 2. Patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction during hospitalization; 3. Patients with supine systolic blood pressure 3.5 mg/dL, K+ > 5.5 mEq/L,hemoglobin < 9 g/dL .
