Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged > 18 years, ASA grade I-III, one-lung ventilation (OLV) time > 45 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anemia or intraoperative bleeding more than 400 ml, severe impairment of pulmonary function, forced expiratory volume/predicted value less than 50% in the first second, severe cardiovascular disease, arrhythmia, cerebrovascular disease, hyperthyroidism and other patients, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, Alzheimer's disease and history of mental illness, preoperative Mini-Mental State Assessment Scale (MMSE) score less than 24 points; Psychotropic drugs; obvious stenosis or malformation of carotid or vertebral arteries; asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
