Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke; (2) cerebrovascular accident occurred in the internal carotid artery system, confirmed by head CT or MRI; (3) first stroke, time from onset between 3-90 days, patients with upper-limb hemiplegia at atonic stage; (4) 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; (5) patients with stable vital signs, neurological symptoms no longer develop after 48 hours; (6) normal as tested by Kinesthetic and visual Imagery Questionnaire (KVIQ), and is able to receive the evaluation and treatment. (7) Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) transient ischemic attack, reversible ischemic neurologic deficit (RIND); (2) neurologic impairments caused by brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, cerebral parasitic disease, heart disease, metabolic disorders etc; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) patients with serious primary diseases in heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system, metal patients
