3 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 3-10 years old; 2. BMI 27.5kg/m2 to 13.0kg/m2 and body weight>12kg; 3. ASA I-II; 4. selective painless gastrintestinal endoscopy; 5. get informed consent from parents of pediatric patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to nalbuphine, its components and opioid medicine; 2. preoperative body temperature was higher than 38.0 degree C or suffering from upper respiratory infection in 24h; 3. suffered from bronchial asthma; 4. suffering from severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and arrhythmia; 5. having difficult airway; had abnormal surgery or anesthesia recovery.
