Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)The patients with DPN aged 30-70 years;(2) vitamin D insufficient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Severe heart failure, cerebrovascular disease, etc.; (2) acute and chronic infections and infectious diseases; (3) patients with hypercalcemia, parathyroid diseases and malignant tumors; (4) taking drugs that may affect the metabolism of vitamin D; (5) have taken calcium or vitamin D drugs in the past 6 months; (6) pregnant and lactating women.
