Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 40 years with COPD; The diagnosis of COPD is based on the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2013 Revision), which was formulated by the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Group of the Society of Respiratory Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 2013.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combining with the history of respiratory diseases and the results of chest X-ray and electrocardiogram,differential diagnosis was made to exclude bronchial asthma,tuberculosis and the other diseases.
