Interventions
Blank control group:Patients rest quietly for 15 minutes before tooth extraction.
Psychological intervention group:Patients receive psychological counseling 15 minutes before tooth extraction by a uniformly trained physician.
Drug intervention group:Patients take alprazolam 0.4mg under the tongue 15 minutes before tooth extraction by a uniformly trained physician.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received tooth extraction from July 2017 to June 2019; 2. Aged 60-80 years old; 3. Diagnosis of hypertension (SBP=140mmHg, and/or DBP=90mmHg); 4. Controlled blood pressure (SBP< 180mmHg and DBP< 100mmHg); 5. DAS score=13.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tooth extraction contraindication (such as severe cardiovascular disease, hemorrhagic disease, etc.); 2. Patients with contraindications to anti-anxiety drugs and sedatives; 3. A history of mental illness, illiteracy or non-compliance; 4. Patients who have used anti-anxiety drugs and sedatives within three days before tooth extraction.
