18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diabetic foot (Wagner III, IV) has a clear history of diabetes and according to the history of the disease, the wound is diagnosed as diabetic syndrome; or lower extremity vascular disease caused by lower limb refractory wounds. 2 Adults 18 years of age and fully developed. 3 Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with systemic other systemic diseases. 2 Pregnant women and lactating women. 3 Cases that the clinician considers unsuitable.
