18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1).Aged from 18 to 40 years; 2). Knee pain = 3 month, and VAS =3; 3).Reporting anterior or retropatellar knee pain at least in two of the activities of stair-climbing, jumping, running, squatting, kneeling, prolonged sitting; 4).At least two of the tests being positive: step down eccentric test, patellar edges tenderness test, patellar grinding and apprehension tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1). Severe injury or pathological changes in knee structures such as ligament, meniscus, patellar tendon, iliotibial tract, articular capsule, articular fold; 2). History of severe trauma or surgery in the knee or lower extremity; 3). History of dislocation or sublaxation of the patella; 4). Previously diagnosed as Osgood-Schlatter disease or Siding-Larsen-Johanssen syndrome; 5).effusion of knee joint; 6). Combined with severe cardiovascular disease, tumor, gallstone or kidney stone, severe disc or spinal lesion, wearing pacemaker, epilepsy, fresh fracture or surgery, acute arthritis. 7). Pregnancy or lactating women.
