Control group:Transcutaneous Electrical 15cm above PC6 and 15cm below ST36

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) according to ROME IV standard; (2) cognition some knowledge about acupuncture; (3) agree to Signature of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with serious diseases; (2) with serious mental disorders; (3) with serious perianal disease,such as hemorrhoid, Anal fissure; (4) with diabetes mellitus; (5) with Long-term medication.
