Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary choledocholithiasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of bile duct related surgery; 2. Take antibiotics or probiotics within 3 months; 3. Severe bacteremia or sepsis and other serious diseases; 4. Emergency ERCP patients within 12 hours.
