Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Due to various dyspepsia symptoms, from June 2019 to December 2019, I was admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital. The symptoms mainly include upper abdominal pain, stomach burning, postprandial discomfort, early satiety and bloating, heartburn, belching, nausea, etc. ; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Age is less than or equal to 18 years old; ? Gigestive tract organic lesions, including active and scar ulcers, erosive esophagitis, Barrett's esophagitis, erosive gastritis, atrophic gastritis, malignant tumors; ? Combined with severe systemic diseases, including malignant tumors in any part, diabetes, advanced chronic kidney disease, cirrhosis; ? History of abdominal surgery; ? Have bleeding tendency or are using anticoagulant; ? Long-term use of aspirin, PPI preparations and other drugs (excluding other NSAIDS, antibiotics); ? Abdominal B-ultrasound or CT examination, laboratory examination diagnosed as liver, gallbladder, pancreas and other organic diseases; ? Metabolic diseases.
