Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20 to 60 years; 2. patients undergoing gastroscopy due to physical examination or other discomfort; 3. patients undergoing endoscopic biopsy for barrett esophagus, intestinal metaplasia, atrophy, suspected gastroesophageal early cancer, and HP infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe heart disease: such as severe heart rhythm disorder, myocardial infarction active period, severe heart failure; 2. severe lung disease; asthma, respiratory failure can not be supine; 3. people with mental disorders or disturbances of consciousness are obviously unable to cooperate; 4. acute phase of esophagus, stomach, duodenal perforation; 5. peptic ulcer active period; 6. acute severe throat disease endoscopy can not be inserted; 7. acute phase of corrosive esophageal injury; 8. esophageal varices; 9. gastroduodenal outflow obstruction accompanied by retention of contents; 10. have a tendency to severe bleeding, or are taking anticoagulants such as aspirin, warfarin, or those with coagulopathy; 11. blood pressure or blood sugar is too high; 12. previous history of chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis or portal hypertension; 13. allergic purpura; 14. gastroscopic performance is suspicious for advanced gastroesophageal cancer; 15. there are other parts (outside the stomach and esophagus) malignant tumors; 16. reluctant to sign informed consent and refuse to participate in the survey; 17. other endoscopic physicians believe that it is not suitable for gastroscopy or endoscopic biopsy.
