Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing video assisted lung surgery (lobe, segement and wedge resection)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 70 years; 2. With history of COPD; 3. The adhesion of thoracic cavity duo to TB; 4. Drug allergy and other special lung diseases.
