Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [screening of patients with coronary heart disease and healthy control population] : the study was approved by the medical ethics committee (see attachment), and all patients signed informed consent. There were about 300 patients with coronary heart disease, of which the han nationality was unrelated. At least one coronary artery (left main artery, left anterior descending branch, left circumflex branch and right coronary artery) had an internal diameter stenosis of 50% after coronary angiography. The control group was selected from the health examination center of the hospital, and the stenosis of any main branch of coronary artery was less than 50%, about 300 people, the han nationality, no relatives, no chest distress, angina and other clinical symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; Congenital heart disease; Old myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, etc. Severe acute infection or metabolic disorders; Having a history of blood transfusion within one year; Other serious diseases affecting the study, such as cancer, etc.
