Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Being a healthcare worker; 2. Can understand Cantonese; 3. Are available to attend the 4 session LKCM programme; 4. Willing to do loving-kindness and compassion meditation practice every day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychiatric and medical co-morbidities that are potentially life threatening (i.e. terminal medical illness) or conditions expected to severely limit their participation or adherence (e.g. pregnancy); 2. Current use of any psychological interventions; 3. Past enrolment in any mindfulness or mindful yoga courses and regular practice of any kind of meditation.
