Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective patients with gastric cancer radical, ASA I - II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Long-term use of analgesic drugs, showing drug tolerance; With preoperative infections, immune system and endocrine system disease; Patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or blood transfusion treatment before surgery; Receiving any drug (including immune modulators) therapy; Patients with a history of drug allergy to opioids or general anesthetics.
