Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients clinically diagnosed as Graves disease or Graves' ophthalmopathy; Healthy controls wrih normal thyroid function and thyroid autoantibodies. ? Can understand the purpose of clinical trials, be a volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pituitary, hypothalamic diseases; ? Conmbined with other endocrine and other autoimmune diseases; ? Patients with severe physical diseases; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? The suspected cases; ? Pepole with blood phobia.
