Group 2:Developing enteral nutrition plan based on clinical experience+ monitoring GRV by gastric juice withdrawal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years and above; (2) Acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI) grades 1-3; (3) Severe patients who need enteral nutrition and hospitalized in intensive care unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pneumonia, vomiting and diarrhea occurred before entering ICU; (2) Patients who are expected to die in the short term; (3) Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery, gastrointestinal tumors, peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal varices and other gastrointestinal diseases; (4) Contraindications for EN include gastrointestinal obstruction or bleeding and hemodynamic instability; (5) Enteral nutrition through jejunal feeding or gastrointestinal fistula; (6) Combined with serious metabolic abnormalities such as hyperthyroidism, severe diabetes, etc.; (7) B ultrasound cannot be measured for various reasons.
