0.5 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-12 years; 2. Anesthesia plan: general anesthesia laryngeal mask; 3. 2 perioperative risk factors for respiratory complications; 4. ASA class I - II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart and lung disease; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney functions; 3. Deformity of airway and chest; 4. Respiratory tract was designed at the operative site; 5. Preoperative use of sedatives is required; 6. Postoperative analgesic pump is needed; 7. My or my family history of local anesthetic allergy; 8. There are contraindications to the use of laryngeal mask; 9. The patient or his/her guardian refuses to participate in the study or sign the informed consent.
