16 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Gender, age, and race are not limited; 2) Those who meet the following two conditions: chronic nephritis peritoneal dialysis patients, while cardiac ultrasound or cardiac mri suggest pulmonary hypertension; 3) Volunteer to participate in the project and sign the informed consent form (patients <18 years of age must be signed and approved by the legal guardian).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have received sildenafil or other types of pulmonary arterial pressure drugs in the past 3 months; 2) hb is less than 85g / l, combined with serious diseases or acute infections; 3) Malignant tumors.
