Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent health checkups (including baPWV measurement) in the physical examination and health center of the geriatric department from January 2012 to December 2013 and reexamined baPWV from January 2017 to December 2018,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aged < 18 years, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease (coronary artery disease, heart failure and stroke), obvious arrhythmia (persistent atrial fibrillation, frequent premature beats, or wearing a pacemaker), cardiomyopathy, valvular disease, chronic liver or kidney disease, thyroid disease, connective tissue disease, malignant tumor, existing pregnancy, acute infection, use of estrogen, missing data.
